As an Intern in our Talent Acquisition department, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our innovative recruitment strategies while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

• Conduct CV screenings and phone interviews, playing a pivotal role in identifying top talent across the EMEA Region.
• Participate in Talent Meetings, where your ideas and insights will help shape our recruitment efforts.
• Gain invaluable insights into the dynamic world of Talent Acquisition and HR, setting the stage for a rewarding career path.
  
  

Qualifications

What about you?

• Proficient in English.
• Any other European languages will be considered as a plus (preferably German).
• Research skills and asking insightful questions.
• Effective multitasker with strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
• Proactive problem-solver committed to finding solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and eager to learn more.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's / Master's in HR, Psychology, International Business, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
