You support our team as

Export Specialist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with international customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information regarding orders and shipments
• Monitor and track export orders from initiation to delivery
• Ensure the accurate preparation and management of all required customs and export documentation
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, logistics providers, and external partners to ensure timely shipments and fulfillment of export requirements
• Maintain accurate records of export activities in accordance with company and legal standards
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• High proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
• Solid understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms
• Experience handling international shipping and documentation requirements
• Hands-on experience in international transport and logistics, with a focus on coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Proficient in SAP (preferably Sales & Distribution (SD) module)
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proven customer service background with a team-oriented approach
