- Classroom Management:Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, managing student behavior effectively.
- Supervise Students:Ensure the safety and engagement of students during lessons and transitions.
- Follow School Policies:Adhere to school procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and behavior policies.
- Provide Feedback:Leave notes or feedback for the regular teacher regarding student progress and any issues encountered.
- Adaptability:Be prepared to cover a range of subjects and year groups, often on short notice.
- Support Learning:Assist students with their work and encourage participation and effort.
