Our clubs are the center for our community and alongside our product offer it is a place where people can meet, grab a cup of coffee and be inspired. For our club in Madrid we’re looking for a super motivated Assistant Club Manager to be joining the crew.
Keeping a store thriving requires a diverse set of leadership skills, and as Assistant Club Manager, you’re a master of them all. You co-lead and inspire a high-performing team, create best-in-class store experiences for our customers and most importantly, you share the Lynk & Co vision with customers and lead employees with the same vision, you are a true Lynk & Co ambassador.
As Assistant Club Manager you will
- Be co-responsible for the day-to-day management of the club
- Act as Club Manager when required, reporting to HQ on targets, KPI’s, sales analysis
- Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by achieving and exceeding Sales and KPI targets
- Make sure we have a consistent top-of-the-class and on-brand customer experience
- Oversee club events, ensuring that the experiences for our customers are executed professionally
- Creating team schedules, oversee product selection in store and keep track of inventory
Who are you?

- Understand the wider context beyond an individual club, realizing the impact its performance can have on the business as a whole
- Have strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- A true people’s person: super empathetic and know how to engage
- You are service oriented, patient and flexible
- Have attention to details; the presentation of your club is always perfect and on-brand
- Not a must, but nice to have: experience and or a sincere interest in the automotive industry
- Your communication skills are fluent in Spanish and excellent in English
- Have a driving license
