Key Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional cybersecurity customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve security-related issues efficiently

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Requirements
