This is an attractive opportunity for an experienced Finance Professional to join a leading,
Private Equity backed business in the fast-growing Spanish residential rental industry. The
business is now being established and is set to manage the largest privately held rental asset
pool in Spain


  • Oversee the general ledger (outsourced to third party at the moment, then it will be internalized)
  • Managing, with the supervision of the Head of Finance, setting up the accounting, tax and treasury function
  • Regular internal and external financial reporting in a challenging environment involving multiple levels of reporting from different sources and to different stakeholders.
  • Tax compliance and oversee Tax forms and calculations (outsourced to third party)
  • Treasury function including invoicing, collections and payments.
  • Cash flow management and forecasting
  • Annual preparation of financial statements and external audits
  • Collaborate with various departments including business, accounting and information technology to identify and implement improve effectiveness of systems, processes and reporting.
  • Support on implementation of new ERP system

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

* The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years working in a SOCIMI.
* Experience in Real Estate regulated entities is desirable.
* Prior experience in a multinational company is a must, work experience abroad is a plus.
* Prior background at a BIG4 accountancy firm is desirable.
* SAP operational experience on the day to day is a must
