Critical requirement is deep experience in running Segmentation projects. The focus of this role will involve being the research leader for strategic projects with a priority placed on Segmentation. Other strategic pieces of work that they will focus on will include U&As and TouchPoint Mapping. Main clients will be Bayer, Unilever and Nestle, but could be others as well. Will line manage 1-2 juniors.
Client Responsability:
- You are the client relationship owner and responsible to ensure skills are leveraged across clients
- You have depth of knowledge of the client's business and the issues they face in their industry
- Actively work with Client Directors to further build relationships, and maintain/grow account (eg, on proposals, strategic account reviews, client meetings, etc.)
- You work on projects across a range of clients assisting in the delivery of our business consulting style/value add.
- Have a strong presence in client meetings and provide depth of experience, advanced knowledge and skills to support the client team in expanding relationships and winning new business.
- Work closely with Client Directors on proposals/ big pitches and proactively advise existing clients on research that would benefit their business
Team Responsibility:
- Responsible for successful recruitment & retention of talent
- Ensure team efficiency and quality output
- Build and maintain relationships and network within the company
- Proactively look for opportunities for local team to contribute to development of the company wide tool sets and solutions.
- Ensure global footprint via solution teams, product ownership or innovative ways of working
- Keep work fun and lead by example. Plan team events and set culture for the overall team
Research & Market Research Knowledge:
- Contribute to the comopany research development working closely with client directors
- Passion for a specific area of market research that has led you to want to develop market leading skills
- Keep yourself up to date with changes in MR & client industries and new trends
Presenting:
- Present findings to clients and lead discussions / workshops together with Client Director
- Submit papers and present at industry conferences
Mentoring:
- Fully responsible for team and output; but not for every single project done in the team (team size 1 to 3 people)
- Manage your team daily (on the job, coaching), development, happiness (retention)
- Organize and conduct internal training sessions based on the team's needs and development plan
- Have a strong positive influence on the team with effective mentorship
- Develop, groom strong and influential researchers for the company
- Identify opportunities for team members to grow their experiences abroad or client secondment, with the end objective of building motivation and retention

You have demonstrated internally as well as externally your ability to add value and now a consultant to clients and advising them on the right research approach for their business questions.
You have complete ownership for the quality of the work conducted, driving preference for the company, up-skilling the research team
You should be high experienced in Product Innovation techniques:
- Pack testing
- U&A
- Concept testing
- Idea testing
- Touchpoint mapping
- Segmentation
Qué ofrecemos
