Descripción
Reporting to the Iberian Marketing Director; will have a Junior Brand Manager reporting to the position. The candidate will have to:
- Lead category roadmap, strategies and plans
- Conceive innovation plan and respective development (Concept, Formula, Packaging and image; financials pre-evaluation)
- Identify gaps and opportunities both at Brand and Category market and financial
- Lead promo, advertising, instore and PR strategies, while supervising execution
- Promotional plan strategy development and ensure respective execution
- Consumer Affairs support
- Social Media & brand's digital strategy definition
- Identifying key market and competition trends, translating into business plans
- Effectively analysis complex situations and transform into action plans
- Priority setting and team coordination
- Working closely with other departments, namely with Customer Development team
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Profile:
- Management, Economy, Marketing or other degree combined with experience compatible to the position
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in FMCG Brand Management, of which minimum 2 years experience in Personal Care brands
- Fluency in English and Spanish (native person required), while additional knowledge in French or Italian is valued
Hard skills:
- Robust FMCG brand management experience
- Personal Care/Beauty brand management knowledge
- Experienced in product development
- Demonstrate business and cross-functional knowledge (commercial, CS&L & financial understanding)
- Strong know how in 5Ps management
- Capability to define brand advertising strategies and plans
- Financial dominance on P&L preparation
- Understanding CS&L flows
- Negotiation experience to deal with different suppliers' profile (media, promotion, packaging)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) and Nielsen/IRI Software
Soft skills:

Qué ofrecemos
- Annual package: 40-45k€, depending on level of experience
