The candidate reporting to the group controller shall perform the following:

• Ensures full compliance with the Group Controlling and Reporting guideline
• Acts as quality gateway for all Master Data requests and utilizes MDG when necessary
• Specialist in all reporting and IT systems, looking for constant improvement opportunities and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• SupportsAreaControllerinalloperationalareaswhichinclude
  • accuracy and consistency of Master Data
  • monthly reporting
  • business planning and forecasting
  • optimization and enhancement of Controlling Concepts & Reports
  • ad hoc analysis
• Builds strong relationships with AFM controllers, DQM and Corporate Controllers
• Shares best practices, insights and ideas, as well as highlighting risks and opportunities

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration or similar
• IT literate, excellent MS Excel knowledge, very good MS office (power point, word) know how; familiarity with integrated business analysis tools (SAP BI/HYPERION/Smartview) is a strong plus
• Minimum 5 years' work experience in Controlling
• English (fluent)
• Computer Skills: Excel (excellent), MS Office (very good); SAP BI, Hyperion of advantage
• Analytical thinker with strong basic intelligence and IT literacy
• Ability to quickly identify and analyze causalities, risks & impacts
• Good with numbers and good overall basic finance knowledge / education (Controlling and Accounting)
• A structured and well (self) organized individual
• High engagement & self-motivation; self-directed; team-player
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, cross functional teams and global business partners; good communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial and result oriented thinking (understanding of different business models, flexibility to quickly adapt in fast changing environment)
