Reporting to the Head of Reporting , the candidate will be in charge of:

• Design and implement the Controlling framework of the Technical function.
• Define relevant KPIs of the Technical Function (Refurbishment, Security, Home owners Associations)
• Work closely with the business functions to understand relevant sources of information to build a reporting model which enables performance tracking and performance evaluation.
• Owner of defining and maintaining the data model of Technical function
• Prepare the Technical Department reporting, organize current information database, improve the quality of the current reports.
• Prepare presentations for the Company board.
• Budget deviation analysis.
• Prepare analysis and provide insights and story behind numbers into the key drivers of ourbusiness results.
• Manage the relationship between the CAPEX department, servicers and asset managers of the portfolios

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Engineering.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years working experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency using MS Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, Advance Modelling) and MS PowerPoint.
• Finance Modelling.
• Prior background at a BIG4 audit firm is a MUST.
• Experience with Finance Modelling of large multi-national companies; experience in other finance processes is considered as a plus.
• Experience in SOCIMI, Servicers, or NPL's regulated entities is a plus.
• Prior experience in a multinational company is a must, work experience abroad is a plus.
