- Fuel theteamwithnewpropositionsoftools/processes/practicestosettle more innovativeandperformantwaysofworking
- Formalize DEC toolbox (processes, tools, best practices ) and secure clear communication and accessibility rules (SharePoint, communication flow)
- Ensure compliance with Internal Control rules across the broader Europe eD2C organization including other métiers (supply, IT, ePayment, sales policy etc). Implement and ensure website security and data protection.
- Providebusiness case inputs / intelligence & businessrequirementsonprojects
- ContributetoprojectprioritizationinpartnershipwithSuccessManagers & NGLPlatformLead
- Develop standardized project management tools (brief, template) to optimized countries marketing/e-commerce team quality input
- Evaluate & organize the Workload Management Schedule of Webmasters in partnership with Success Managers to secure operational delivery
- Bottomup / scaling / monitoringoftheoperationalteamcapacityandprovideupdatesandrecommendationtotheDEC Director DEC
- Define & reportthetechnical & businessKPIforsuccesswithDEC Director & EntityLead
- Pilot the optimization & consolidation of all activities Dashboard /Report in partnership with Success Managers, CRO Lead, NGL Platform Lead, Tech Performance Lead
- Monitor SLAstocountries & takepotentialcorrectiveactions
- Drivecontinuousimprovement plan andfollowcorrectiveactions
- Improvewaysofworking : delveintosomeissues, adjudicateimportanceeofproblematicsandinitiatefirstsolutionstosolvethem
- 1+ Experience in project management or transformation
- Experience in Scrum/ Agil ways of working
- Familiarity with analytics tool / performance tool and IT knowledge to understand the projects and importance of the teams' workloads
- Very good understanding of Internet technologies and interactive projects
- Advanced knowledge of Back office -> SFCC / SEO / Prestashop / Magento
- Familiaritywithotherscontentmanagementsystem (CMS)
- Familiarity with eMerchandising
- Beauty/Fashion experience is a plus
- FluentENGLISHrequested / AnotherEuropeanlanguagewill be appreciated
- Permanent contract
- Salary range from 50k to 65k depends on the profile + 10% variable
