• Create and develop a marketing strategy and deployment plan together with Sales with specific objectives across different channels and categories in close alignment with the Company´s marketing team.
• Leverage customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and lead nurturing tactics.
• Marketing budget management for EMEA´s flexibles activities.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Development further product positioning and planning to support new product and program launches by creating compelling value propositions aligned with key business objectives and category growth plans.
• Support the Company´s team on multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns offline and online.
• Align marketing strategy with the Company´s Marketing and global functions.
• Support in developing sales materials and tools, including presentations, product brochures, videos, graphics, and other digital marketing sales tools.

Education: Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited
academic institution.
Experience: 2-3 years´ experience in marketing role ideally B-to-C and or as in an international product management.
FMCG background is a plus.
• Creative marketeer with drive, passion for packaging solutions and technology.
• Profound consumer market and marketing understanding to apply solutions to customer needs, building on FMCG basics skills (e.g. brand and product management principles, ability to collect and analyze marketing and consumer trends, curiosity for innovations).
• Excellent communication skills and team player with passion for an intercultural working environment.
• Strong project management and leadership, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Results-driven and quality-oriented.
• Multi-language skilled (English and preferably Spanish or any other language).
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and analytics.
