Building and subsequent management of the Group Finance Function ensuring local compliance in each Operating entity, potentially across multiple territories (currently in Spain and South America):

• General Ledger management & Financial Reporting.
• Tax Strategy and implementation.
• Consolidated Financial Statements & Annual Audit.
• Group wide Financial Controls.

• Develop an accurate annual budgeting process, in-year reforecasting and longer-term forecasting models.
• Routinely report on the financial & non-financial performance of the group vs financial budget with key analysis to understand historic and future performance.

• In conjunction with business unit heads, establishing operational KPIs and dashboards that support the financial budgets.
• Running internal business unit financial and operational monthly reviews.

• Building and managing a group wide Treasury strategy.
• Support in Debt raising, as required, and ongoing management of reporting to Debt Sponsors.

• Forming part of the Senior Management team to develop strategy across the Group, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
• Stakeholder management including presenting to the Board and ensuring Board Level Governance is in place and adhered to.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

Financial Excellence
* Experience across multiple jurisdictions employing best practices, financial controls and of driving notable improvement, streamlining and cost management from an operational, process and business perspective.
Develop optimal efficiencies and processes in a growing, dynamic environment
* Experience building a Financial Planning & Analysis function that will help drive the business and report in depth understanding of the performance of the business.


Operational Excellence
* Experience across multiple jurisdictions employing best practices, financial controls and of driving notable improvement, streamlining and cost management from an operational, process and business perspective.
Develop optimal efficiencies and processes in a growing, dynamic environment
* Ability to go beyond financial metrics to implement and manage operational KPIs across all functions that identify and enhance operational performance.


Strategic Business Partner
* Ability to fit into the senior management team, partner with the CEO and the rest of senior management to facilitate and support the value creation plan.
* Both a technically strong CFO and a strategic business partner, with an operational mindset.


Private Equity / Transaction Experience
* Prior experience of working in an investor-backed business with a successful exit, given the understanding this brings around certain key elements of a deal cycle (i.e. focus on cash and EBITDA, KPIs, drive to exit, management of leverage, cost consciousness and forecasting)


Sector Relevance
* Demonstrated experience leading in high-growth software / SaaS environments, or broader technology, operating across multiple markets within Europe.
* Previous experience in Big four (Audit or TS/M&A) desirable.
