Multinational automotive company is looking for a Process Engineer based in Barcelona, to ensure the industrialization of new processes and products.

Descripción

• Design and planning of assembly equipment for mechatronic modules in automotive OEM supplier.
• Coordinate and interface suppliers and Project Team in assembly industrialization activities. Design and industrialize assembly equipment.
• Participate in process design and interface with central Manufacturing Engineering.
• Propose product design changes within Project Team to enhance manufacturability.
• Assess different scenarios in order to find optimal solution.
• Define and release SOW (Statement of Work).
• Compare quotes of equipment according required technology and price.
• Manage equipment orders.
• Organize internal equipment design validation with manufacturing plant competencies.
• Follow up equipment supplier during equipment building to ensure adherence to SOW and project timing.
• Responsible to handover to production.
• Track and follow up capital investment.
• Support Program Leader and the APQP process.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

• Industrial Engineer or similar with experience in Manufacturing Engineering Department.
• Automotive industry background.
• Knowledge on FMEA, and process times definition
• English fluent, French and German languages desirable.
• Good negotiation skills. Interpersonal effectiveness skills.
• Results oriented.
• Accustomed to multinational working environment.
• Availability to travel.
