• Continuous development of IT license management service
• Ensuring license compliance in consideration of the applicable license models across various software providers and licensing models
• Managing SAM service provider (regular service reviews with the managed service provider)
• Preparation and internal communication of license balance sheets incl. cost and internal allocations
• Conceptual development of innovations in license management
• Manage the internal requirements of the service
• Central contact for all licensing issues in the company

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related
• At least 5-6 years of experience in IT, and at least 3 years in managing IT software compliance projects and operational support
• CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager) and CAMP (Certified Asset Manager Professional) certifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of software asset management and software contract management
• Experience managing software audits, true-ups, renewals, etc.
• Knowledge of procurement and financial management principles
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Extensive experience using Flexera's Flex Net Management Suite (FNMS) for SW compliance follow-up; Power BI and IBM Cognos for reporting
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written); another language is a plus
