RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Together with headquarter, creating a region-specific sales approach to increase penetration in areas of low market share and increasing the amount of leads.
  • Transfer sales model from selling through distributor to direct sales.
  • Set and achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI's and targets.
  • Present the product to the client base in a confident and efficient manner both in OUTDOOR/SPORT and PRO sector
  • Reporting to sales head in headquarter

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Preferably Business Administration Degree or similar


LANGUAGES:
Native Spanish, Proficient English or French


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passionate about climbing sports, knows climbing gears technical features and parameters
  • Demonstrable track record of success within an sales department as a "hunter" salesman.
  • Knowledge of similar products/channels is desirable.
  • Comfortable in a new business and targeted sales environment.
  • Motivated, driven and ambitious.
