Powerful Comms & Channel activation
- Communication strategy B2B: PR, specialised trade press, events, Digital.
- Managing marketing campaigns & promos. Push + Pull. BTL - consider both direct client activities (distributors) and end customers (restaurants, hotels, chefs).
- Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
A strong Innovation pipeline that follows Strategy
- Manage the whole product development agenda: idea pipeline, Plan-view process, deployment and tracking
- Influence Supply and RDQ to allocate resources to FS and effectively manage innovation, renovation and delistings
- Carrying out market research & regularly seek available data (trade press, sector events, etc) in order to keep up and anticipate foodservice trends
- Lead Strategic reviews (Flywheel sessions, AP support plans) in close connection with FS sales team leader
Tracking performance & correcting course
- Tracking business KPI's (product performance, penetration, etc) and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Adjust and take corrective action through the year
Ability to Network and Influence to drive the FS agenda
- Effectively network with the Foodservice community in Nomad and be a leading voice in that community (sharing best practice, aligning on priorities, driving the FS agenda internally)
- Coordinate with retail to leverage possible synergies and brand consistency
- Meeting with clients as the main marketing lead - including being part in presentations and negotiations with top QSR prospect clients
- Be the main spokesperson for Foodservice in Events, PR queries, Congresses, etc.
Lead an outstanding FS marketing team
- Lead a team of 1-2 Assistants, developing talent and internal succession planning
- Keep a close connection with the FS sales team leader and the whole sales team in regular contacts (formal and informal - meetings, events, market visits)
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Qualifications & Previous Experience
- Degree in marketing or a related field (comms, commercial).
- Marketing Master´s degree
- Previous brand management or category management experience (3-5 years)
- Previous experience in Foodservice / QSR a plus - possibly within Nomad, preferably outside Nomad (to bring external expertise and best practice).
- Minimum: previous experience in FMCG, ideally in Foods.
- Digital-mktg experience a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
- Fluent in Spanish & English: C1-C2 languages both written and spoken
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals (developing advertising, developing innovation, pricing, consumer insight)
- Working knowledge of digital and tech that can be applied to benefit B2B: SEO, Social Media, Video, QR codes, etc.
- Affinity with Foods and the Food sector (previous FS experience ideally).
