Key responsabilities:
General Corporate and Commercial

• Draft commercial contracts and legal documentation for Company Marketing, Operational, Commercialisation, Retail and Accounts Teams.
• Manage all day-to-day legal issues for the Company and advise all departments at the Company on a variety of issues.
• Provide general legal advice to the Commercialisation, Retail, Operations, Marketing and Accounting Teams.
• Assist with production of board and general meeting minutes for relevant companies where appropriate.
• Monitor and review EU/local/national legislation and regulations, and advise on the effect (if any) on the operations of the Company's practices and procedures.

• Negotiate and draft Brand Mutual Service Contracts (MSCs) and ancillary documentation and sign off.
• Prepare other Brand related documents and correspondence.
• Provide instructions to external counsel where approved.
• Manage and check the record keeping of Brand documentation and post-signature follow up.

• Assist Retail Development Team in presentation of permits and contractors for unit fit outs.
• Assist Development Team in research, negotiation, and documentation for any property acquisition or development.
• Assist in management and monitoring of relations with contractual parties.
• Assist Community Relations Manager in matters arising from ongoing relationships with local communities, political relationships etc.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

Skills and qualifications required:

• Eight years + post qualification legal experience.
• Previous experience with general commercial contracts and commercial property contracts.
• Knowledge of insolvency.
• Numerate.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Computer literate with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Able to communicate across all levels of business.
• Fluent in English. Other European languages advantageous.
