- Permanent contract with company
- Flexitime From Monday to Thursday between 08:00 h and 09:00 h, with 1 hour lunch until 17:00 h and 18:00 h and Fridays from 08:00 h to 15:30 h
- Salary: 20.000€- 22.000€ g/a
-2 to years' experience in a customer service.
-Usual mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
-Fluency in German and English (oral and written) are mandatory,
-Administrative monitoring of sales and technical team projects.
- Responsible for monitoring orders until delivery to customers to ensure excellence in service level.
- Interaction with customers by email and telephone.
- Track delivery and ensure the quality of products and services delivered to B2B customers.
- Deal with customer complaints, provide appropriate and alternative solutions on time; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Suggest appropriate products and services to current customers.
- Offer customer support (advice, support and referral to a technical specialist if necessary).
- Responsible for executing the order management process, including collecting customer orders, creating customer orders and corresponding purchase orders.
- Creation of sales support tools.
- Creation of presentations and statistics, ensuring appropriate reporting to management (forecasts and KPIs).
