You will be part of a customer service agents on behalf a well-known sports television platform. We are looking for an agents with a Native or Advanced level of NORDIC lenguage.

The office is located in Glòries, and is well communicated by bus and subway. Forget traffic jams!

*Due to the current situation work will be from home.

The main functions will be focused in a customer service through chats, e-mails and social media with the main objective of achieving maximum customer satisfaction with the service.
Main responsibilities:
- Function as an ambassador for the Sports TV Channel service.
- Collection and maintenance of customer data
- Clarification of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements
- Work on requests and comments via Social Media channels.

What we do offer?
- Highly competitive salary
- Full time: 39 hours per week. The contract is Monday to Sunday so sometimes you will have to work on the weekends. The following shifts are available:
morning shift (09:00h to 17:00h)
afternoon shift (14:00h to 22:00h)

Responsabilidades
- Full fluency in one of NORDIC languages: Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in customer service, communications or similar roles
- Good knowledge of current social media channels (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
- Passion for community management and digital affinity
- Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
- Available to start from May/2021
- Internet connection with router at home
