Establish policies in matters related to Safety, Environment and Quality and direct the pertinent actions for their dissemination and application, ensuring compliance with current legislation, security in the term of access and surveillance of the facilities of the plant
Ensure compliance with current legislation by planning and managing the relevant actions. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and the best industry standards in terms of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, in relation to the operations of the company in the plant

o Development, deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System, implementing the requirements of the ISM Code.
o Development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Emergency Response Plan, the Oil Spill Response Plan and the ISPS Plan for the entire plant.
o Play the role of company Safety Officer and designated person on the ground.
o Guarantee compliance with the group's corporate Health, Safety, Environment and quality standards, procedures and policies.
o Guarantee compliance with the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards established by the Local Authorities, Flag Authorities and the Naval Registry.
o Promote a culture of safety within the organization.
o Obtain and maintain certification according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 or equivalent recognized standards, as well as the relevant certifications according to ISM.
o Controlling accidents and accident rate, preparing reports and taking appropriate measures in order to achieve the objectives established in the Health and Safety Policy.
o Make the arrangements with the External Prevention Service to ensure the Safety and Health of the workers; define criteria for carrying out risk assessment in the plant and define corrective measures.
o Ensure the training and knowledge of the plant personnel in the Environmental Management system and in the risks established in the evaluation and in the Self-Protection Plan.
o Management of hazardous waste in accordance with the corresponding procedure and presentation to the competent authorities of the waste reports required by the authorizations that the plant has.

o More than 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, developing similar activities.
o International experience.
o International geographic availability for change of residence
o Advanced level of Spanish and English. Italian will be valued.
