We're looking for a marketing manager to support the EMEA Uber Delivery Marketing team focused in key markets such as Germany, Netherlands and Belgium for a period of 3-5 months. This exciting position contains the unique opportunity to build brand impact locally, by developing industry-leading integrated marketing campaigns that connect with consumers in new and exciting ways.
You will be part of a very agile team in a fast-growing business environment and will be working closely with creative and media agencies as cross-marketing teams and regional stakeholders to bring our campaigns to life in those markets.
This role calls for a campaign manager with 5+ years of relevant experience in campaign management for A-brands, preferably in a similar environment to our multi-market regional marketing team operating within a global organization or large-scale agencies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work directly with creative, media, and PR agencies, to build break-through, customer-centric campaigns that work by driving growth to core Uber Eats brand metrics.
Lead the day-to-day executional pieces of bringing campaigns to life including budgeting, PO generation, contract development, onboarding partners, wrap decks, etc- Partner with external agencies and our strategic restaurant partners to create and execute high impact, culture shaping co-marketing campaigns
Lead the cross-functional engine that develops an integrated marketing calendar and guides creative marketing tactics and activations across owned, paid, and earned media to fuel growth.
5+ years of campaign management experience.
Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
-Experience developing and executing partnership/co-marketing campaigns and marketing strategies (preferably with large, tier 1 brands).
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields.
-Strong business acumen; structured thinker with project management skills and attention to detail.
-Good relationship management as you will engage with partners across several different functions as well as global marketing colleagues in order to be successful.
-Strong written communication skills and the ability to bring to life the Uber brand in a way that is both consistent with our global brand positioning and meaningful.
-A strong customer-centric mindset - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand.
-The ability to take the initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist mindset.
