What You Will Do:
- 1st and 2nd level of IT support.
- Support our remote employees with any IT incident (macOS and Windows)
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Prepare IT equipment for remote new hires and off-board employees.
- Maintain our Conference Rooms (Zoom Room)
- Create and maintain IT policies and documentation.
- Jira queue ticket management.
- IT Inventory management.
- Continue growing on your IT career.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ year of technical exposure in an operational and support environment.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and Mac OS
- Intune, Autopilot and Apple MDM management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; verbal and written.
- Easy to approach mentality, flexibility, and customer service focus
- High motivation, team-oriented way of thinking.
- Willingness to learn, grow and share new skills and tricks with the team.
