We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a native Dutch level to their team. The person hired will join a completely new department that is preparing for strong growth in 2021, where they will find a challenging and dynamic start-up environment, as well as great opportunities to develop their career and help us build their project successfully.

In this role, you are responsible for:
- Carrying out recruitment procedures and ensure quality in the evaluation;
- Active search for candidates, conducting interviews and preparing evaluation reports;
- Collaboration with ETTs and recruitment agencies;
- Managing internal recruitment processes.

Offer:
- Salary 22.000 euros gross per year.
- Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6pm; Friday 9am to 3pm
- Contract with Majorel: 6 months + permanent.

Requisitos
Full fluency in English and Dutch.
Experience between 6 months and 1 year in end-to-end hiring processes.
Microsoft Office Advanced.
Good organizational skills and good detail analysis skills to ensure high precision.
Positive, enthusiastic and cheerful attitude.
