The main responsibilities will be:
- Extract data from customer and enterprise systems
- Organize data structure and common repositories
- Create and design report templates
- Keep all reports, formats and linkages up to date
- Send reports on a regular and timely basis
- Maintain and create tools to facilitate queries (Access and Excel)
Full-time contract on Split shift: Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h.
Salary: 23000€ gross/year

Requisitos

Responsabilidades
- Academic training in the field of science, e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar is valued.
- Advanced computer skills especially in Excel and Access, with the ability to generate calculation tools, linked tables, dynamic databases, macros, etc. DB, SQL, Business Objects, Qlikview.
- Knowledge of company procedures
- Data analysis and numerical interpretation
- Study of the Call Center Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Differentiation between the different types of services and skills for their management and treatment.
