Our client Majorel, based in Barcelona, is a leading contact centre serving customers in 30 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, America and Asia in more than 60 languages.
As a workforce planner, you will be part of the people management department and will have the following main responsibilities:
- Generate computer tools for the management of schedules, vacations, compensatory periods, etc.
- Elaboration of agents- schedules and distribution of the day.
- Establishment of breaks, licenses, holidays and vacations .
- Management and control of holiday requests, compensation, change of schedules, extension / reduction of working hours, licenses, etc.
- Information about holidays and bank of hours spent and pending from the agents and management for the calculation of the final balance.
- Requests for the hiring of new agents, extension, reduction of working hours or termination of contract for adequacy of resources to established needs
- Frequent sending of service / competency sizing to the client.
- Any other function that is considered relevant and necessary in the area.
- Study of call volume forecasts per client.
- Calculation of agents- needs according to the referred forecast
- Processing of personal data, client data and employer business specific data in accordance of Personal Data Protection, Employer Contract, NDA, IT and Data Protection and other guidelines provided by employer.
- Protecting all personal client and employer business related information and maintaining the confidentiality of data which has become known to him/her in the performance of their duties even after performance of their duties relating to the processing, or after termination of their employment relationship;
- Informing immediately the direct supervisor about possible threats and incidents impacting normal workflow and data processing;
- Assuring through following all policies and guidelines the appropriate use of the information and information systems and its resources;
- Participating in the trainings organized by the Employer, including trainings for protection and processing of data.
