Who will you be working for?

Our partner is works in the Travel & Tourism sector selling a high-quality Valet Parking service to clients all over the world.


Their core mission: facilitate travel for all modes of transport.


What is this job about?

As Customer Service Representative for Spanish, Portuguese and English-speaking clients, your goal is facilitate the customer journey and provide top quality operational support.


On a daily basis, you will be the first point of contact for customers and therefore fully responsible for delivering a great customer experience.


Your Challenges

  • Solve problems, claims and complaints promptly
  • Plan and assign services to field operators
  • Manage and solve operational problems and incidents
  • Follow-up with clients and proactively gather customer feedback to develop and improve
  • In collaboration with the accounting department, follow-up financial matters
  • Manage external relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and insurance
  • Keep the customer database, management charts and all documentation up to date
  • Build trust with the clients by providing solutions and updates

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: advanced level (C1+) in Spanish, Portuguese and English
  • Strong knowledge of Office Automation Tools
  • Great writing and grammatical skills
  • Ability to perform many tasks at the same time
  • You are not afraid of picking up the phone

If on top of this all, you speak French fluently... you're the perfect candidate.


Important: For this position, you must relocate to Barcelona, Spain. It will start as 100% remote.
