About The Role

The Purchasing Trainee will assist and support the purchasing team in achieving property goals,maintaining efficient and effective purchasing processes that align with hotel standards. You willensure that all procurement procedures are adhered to and assist in maintaining proper inventory controls over hotel supplies.Your responsibilities will include assisting in the ordering of supplies, monitoring inventory levels, conducting vendor research, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods.

You will help with reconciling purchase orders, supporting negotiations, and maintaining relationships with suppliers, always aiming to achieve the best value for the hotel.Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the storekeeping and finance teams, assisting in monthly stock audits, updating inventory records, and supporting the overall efficiency of the procurement process. You will be part of a dynamic team, fostering strong relationships with various departments to contribute to the overall purchasing performance and help achieve cost savings and efficiency goals.

Program length: 6 to 8 months - Start date: March 2026

What You Need To Have

• Degree Student (Diploma, University studies or Master).
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Speak English is a plus .
• User level of Microsoft Office.
• Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
