Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Platform Operations Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
- 2 key areas of focus: Project manager and business analyst for the One Click Project , and managing the operational tasks for the Service Operations Platforms
- Project manager and business analyst for the One Click Project
- One Click Project has the goal of optimizing the service operations process and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, provide reporting/forecasting transparency, and tracking SLAs
- Managing Operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms
- As a project manager, the expectations are to manage the project scope, timelines and communications.
- As a business analyst, the expectations are to work with the service owners, product owners and the delivery unit to identify the requirements for the project and to ensure that the project will meet its desired objective and outcomes
- Experience with service operations processes: global, customer-centric scenario, process mapping and requirements gathering
- Experience with service operation tools, specifically JIRA and service now.
- Experience with agile SCRUM teams
- Support the day to day operations of the Service Ops Platforms
- Support the onboarding and training process for Production Partners
- Experience with Learning One Source
