As an international company, listed on the French Tech 120 and based on the vibrant Poblenou district, we are looking for a HR Controlling and Compensation & Benefit Manager.
With a direct report to the Head of HR for Spain, you will be the main responsible for all the Compensation & Benefits policies update and analysis.
You will also be the leader for all the data related to HR with the EMEA target operating model.
You will also be responsible for providing a high level of service through efficient and effective support to internal customers in regards to Compensation & Benefits, Legal & Labor relation and Global Mobility fulfilling the KPIs and objectives defined.
Your missions Ensuring and Monitor monthly payroll and HR Admin processes and operations, in a legal and policies compliant and efficient manner.
Driving relations with local authorities and comply with local labor law regulations.
Working collaboratively with HR Managers, HR Business Partners and rest of HR functions to support them regarding Comp&Ben proposals, Employee Relations, HR Administration Processes, People Services and Analytics, HR Reporting and HR Budget control.
Monitoring government regulations, legislation, compensation & benefits trends, researching, benchmarking and analyzing benefit plans, programs and policies.
Administering papernest?s benefits programs (, insurances, meal vouchers, flexible compensation etc.) liaising with the benefits providers/brokers and managing the enrolment, renewal, and distribution processes.
Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans, ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive.
Managing the global mobility/relocation processes overseeing the sponsorship of work visas and partner with Legal and Company Practises and Conditions to ensure a smooth mobility process.
Spearhead global expansion efforts by helping to establish human resource infrastructure in new countries when required.
Enhancing Employees experience about support and services received over their life cycle needs.
Designing reports and making recommendations based on research and analysis for senior management.
Monitoring organization?s salary structure and benefits, balancing cost control with the need to attract and retain staff.
Following our offboarding process partnering with internal/external stakeholders in order to comply with our company and legal regulations.
Security and Labor Inspections procedures as well as in specific initiatives like Works Councils collective bargaining negotiation and litigation trials preparations, acquisitions, mergers or restructuring impact assessments (dismissals, etc).
Your profile: You come from an extensive HR Admin technical background in the areas in scope, owning Payroll, C&B and HR Operations improvement.
You have 10+ years working in HR with an emphasis on People Operations; experience working at a global company with national and international brands/site, and a rapid growth start-up environment preferred.
You have knowledge of legal and employment-related requirements within Spain (other countries will be valued).
You have lead Project Management and HRIS deployment will be highly valued.
You have the ability to organize operations and optimise processes.
You are also defined by your ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality.
Other requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or an HR Analytics specialisation and you are a master in Excel.
Experience in managing and developing teams You are friendly, committed and very professional working environment being part of a high impact HR team.
Languages:
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral), French could be a plus.
