- Develop and execute the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company’s business objectives
- Research, set-up and test lead generation channels and strategies to select the best options for scaling
- Collaborate with the B2B Development Director and the design, B2C marketing, and development teams in driving new B2B marketing activities
- Identify and target relevant businesses and organizations from various industries in order to drive sales leads
- Manage end-to-end marketing programs including paid advertising, SEO/SEM, landing pages creation, content syndication, email marketing campaigns, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytic
- Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
- Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinate with content, creative, sales and broader organization
- Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging
- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
- Develop a B2B marketing team structure and contribute to recruiting the best talent for the team
- Build a winning marketing team that unites and grows our B2B clients portfolio
- Demonstrable experience in B2B SaaS Marketing with a focus on lead generation
- Hands-on experience with the set-up, management, and optimization of with digital media campaigns, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, engaging successfully with many different stakeholders and senior leadership
- Self-driven and passion for marketing

- Experience of working and thriving in a global matrix organization is a plus
- English language is a must, foreign languages a plus
