You will be part of the Iberia marketing team, and part of the Western European Head of Marketing organization and you will drive the implementation of the marketing processes in Iberia for all prioritized audiences to maximize the impact of local marketing activities.

You are responsible for

  • Collaborating with Marketing Operations Managers Western Europe in planning marketing activities in Iberia

  • Collaborating with local business specialists to understand customer needs and ensure representation in Western Europe and local plans

  • Provide input on local customers insights related to the selected audiences and prioritized Suites of Solutions

  • Defining requirements for localization of content across all platforms and local ad-hoc content creation requirements, briefing with the agency, and review of agency output

  • Integration of local events into audience plan together with Events Manager

  • Administrative tasks such as budgeting, PO management, and reporting

  • Management of zone association and society requirements and relationships. Collaboration with Marketing Operations Managers Western Europe to ensure integration in ecosystems and measurement of impact

  • Local KOL relationship management and alignment with BMMs & Engagement Strategy Manager, including integration into relevant events and Western Europe activity where applicable 



You are a part of

Marketing Health Systems Western Europe Market organization. You will directly report to the Marketing Leader Iberia and dotted line to the Marketing Operations & Planning Leader EU.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Educational background in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or Healthcare

  • Experience in marketing with a track record of delivery

  • Strong project management skills, operational and execution focus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven skills in planning and coordinating marketing activities at the local level

  • Ability to interact with sales and business marketing organization  

  • Team builder and able to influence peers and internal stakeholders despite reporting lines

  • Digital-first, data-driven mindset with strong experience in decision making  

  • Comfortable and able to thrive with ambiguity while managing critical stakeholders 

  • Experience and knowledge of the local Health Systems industry will be a plus

  • Fluent in English and Spanish languages, Portuguese language it will be a plus
