At Prosper AI, we've built a platform that deploys AI agents to automate administrative tasks for healthcare organizations across the US — think insurance verification, prior authorizations, patient intake, billing, and more. We're looking for a sharp, data-driven AI Strategist Intern to help us bring AI agents from configuration to full production inside some of the most complex organizations in the world.

This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. You'll be in the trenches, helping healthcare clients get real value from AI.

What You'll Do

• Support the end-to-end deployment of AI agents on Prosper AI's platform for US healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, and more)
• Work with clients and internal teams to map administrative workflows and identify the best opportunities for AI automation
• Analyze deployment performance data to identify friction points and continuously improve rollout processes
• Contribute to building internal playbooks and frameworks that make future deployments faster and smarter
• Translate operational complexity into clear, actionable strategies — bridging the gap between technology and healthcare operations

Who You Are

We're open to both technical and business profiles — what matters most is how you think.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills — you can break down complex processes and spot where AI can make the biggest difference

• Interested in the intersection of AI, healthcare, and operations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where priorities shift and ownership is expected
• Bonus points for: familiarity with healthcare workflows, experience with LLMs, or process automation tools, or prior exposure to enterprise software deployments
