As a Technical Project Manager at Quibim, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of technical projects within the Strategic Projects and Frontiers in AI Department. You will collaborate with other colleagues from other departments and with external customers and partners, to ensure projects are delivered on time, and meet the specified technical requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.


Your main tasks will be:


  • Plan, execute, and manage technical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, deliverables submission and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Allocate resources, track project progress, and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Define and communicate project objectives, requirements, and constraints to the project team and the external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including regular status updates and milestone reviews.
  • Lead the report writing and the deliverables' coordination.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report project status, key metrics, and performance indicators to senior management.

You will be our ideal candidate if you have:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
  • Experience in tasks and subtasks definition at the proposal stage of the project.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Integrity.
  • Advanced level of English.

Other skills that would be nice to have:


  • Medical imaging knowledge.
  • Experience in Healthcare companies.
  • Experience with European Grants (Horizon Europe Program or similar one).
