The Account Manager Intern will be responsible for assisting the organization with tasks related to business development, client care, and sales. This unpaid internship will involve working closely with senior management and other team members to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients (B2B,B2C), and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. While the position is not remunerated, the intern will gain valuable experience and skills in account managment, business development, sales, and marketing.

Role Fit in the Organization:
This intern position will support the organization's business development efforts, client care, and sales. The intern will report to the business development team and work closely with other team members to help identify new business opportunities, communicate with clients, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role is a recent graduate or student with a strong interest in business development and sales, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on potential clients and partners to identify new business opportunities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with senior management and other team members to develop proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis to measure business development performance
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions
- Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to help inform business development strategy.
Qualifications:
- The candidate for this position must be currently enrolled in a university degree program and able to sign a learning agreemen
- Strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Fluent in Spanish and English at a B2 level or higher
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to discussions and problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
