About The Role
The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe.
With a community-driven and marketing-driven approach they ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region ⭐
Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed 🚀
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders within the growth department and external creative agencies and media buying agencies to deliver high-impact brand campaigns. The latest such campaign launched by Revolut in collaboration with Wieden & Kennedy London was “Your Way In”.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring successful project delivery of large scale brand campaigns
- Managing all relevant stakeholders including agencies, internal and external creative teams, and any relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Providing feedback and guidance from a creative perspective on the campaign strategy and creatives
- Driving accurate performance analysis, reporting on campaign performance, and continuously optimizing future campaigns based on performance metrics
- Track record as a successful brand campaign manager and project manager
- Experience running successful, large-scale brand campaigns
- Creativity to develop innovative campaign ideas and select the right brand ambassadors
- Experience managing and collaborating with creative and media buying agencies
- Performance marketing mindset to drive user acquisition as well as improvements in brand metrics
