About The Role

The Treasury Market and Investment team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global financial super app would be lost without them.

They’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone ⭐

We're looking for the right individual to act in a Treasury Management function. There are a lot of plates to spin, so we need someone who can be light on their feet and tight on their results.

You will manage excess liquidity Revolut is holding in its various entities (Bank, EMI, etc.) and carry placement optimisation with nostro, Tbills, CD, FX swap, repo, etc. to generate excess margin above RFR while staying within tight risk limits and performing model-based Treasury optimisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prudently managing Revolut’s liquidity profile on a day-to-day basis
• Overseeing short-term investments and FX arbitrage
• Negotiating and enhancing commercial terms with counterparties
• Managing Treasury related risks (interest rate risk, FX risk, etc.)
• Driving projects to improve infrastructure, enabling the optimisation of Revolut’s liquidity profile
• Building models and other analytical tools to help increase portfolio returns and risk management capabilities, contributing towards model based portfolio optimisation
• Supporting broader company strategy to owning Treasury related analysis on initiatives
• Working closely with our product owners and risk teams to deliver the annual ILAAP, with an analysis on liquidity behavioural life and prepayment
• Managing multiple entity liquidity requirements (banks and EMI)
• Providing monthly updates to ALCO on liquidity related matters
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of liquidity (market based and regulatory)
• Collaborating closely with members of the Global Treasury team and Risk to implement liquidity policies
• Taking ownership of all policy and procedures for liquidity (front office)
• Providing any other required input into regulatory reporting
  
  

What You'll Need

• Significant Front Office Treasury experience at a major bank (FX/IR swaps, bonds, money markets, hedging, repo, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
• The ability to understand complex financial concepts and break them into smaller pieces
• A bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or maths
