What are we looking for?

At Riluxa, we are looking to hire a talented and motivated English-speaking Sales Professional to join our multilingual team in Valencia. You will be responsible for helping Riluxa's customers envision a bathroom they will love and recommend the products they need according to their style, budget and available space.


You will help to develop Riluxa's business across our English-speaking markets, working with both individual homeowners and design professionals. You must be an excellent communicator, comfortable with presenting products by phone and email, as well as handling any complaints and doubts. In addition, you'll build client relationships over the long term, by following the entire sales and after-sales cycle, in an environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own and manage a pipeline of clients, all organised in our CRM; build and cultivate relationships on an ongoing basis to drive results
  • Manage inbound sales calls, emails and chat from potential customers in a timely manner
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound sales activities
  • Develop expertise in Riluxa's product offering, and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements, discuss solutions and make effective sales pitches
  • Close sales and achieve/exceed monthly objectives
  • Identify and seize opportunities to upsell/cross-sell as they arise
  • Develop sustainable relationships by going the extra mile for customers, following up throughout the complete sales cycle
  • Process customer's orders accurately
  • Efficiently manage your time and always put the customer experience first


Requirements

  • Strong experience in a Sales role (Online, Direct or Retail Sales)
  • Native English speaker, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated aptitude for Sales
  • Goal-oriented with experience exceeding quotas and driving for results in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to think on your feet and try new approaches
  • Ability to work independently, taking a solution-oriented approach to your work
  • Strong sense of teamwork


It would be great if you also have:

  • Prior experience in a similar industry - furniture, bathroom showrooms, interior design, luxury retail or architecture
  • Second language (Spanish, French, German or Italian) would be a strong advantage
  • Sales qualification
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
