About The Team

The BTP Activation Team is a remote, global team of pooled resources, part of the SAP Cloud Success Services organization. The goal of this team is to optimize the customer onboarding and adoption processes, increase customer satisfaction and champion customer success through a consistent, efficient and scalable methodology to drive the customer engagements. In addition to relying on their immediate peers, this team will achieve success through collaboration with regional Customer Success Partners focused on other customer segments and building relationships with other groups to drive together Customer Success.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the Customer Success Partner Manager & Team in working on three central and strategically important topics

The BTP Activation Team EMEA+MEE is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join the team in Barcelona.
  • Adoption initiatives. Support the management of all the adoption-related initiatives led by the team throughout all the project management phases.
  • Operational excellence: Assisting the Team & CSP Manager by providing data insights & tracking regional business priorities.
  • Enablement, Communications, Onboarding: Assisting in the enablement activities (internal ones) and all the Team communications on top of assisting in the development of onboarding plans for the new hires.
You will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of how SAP’s overall Customer Success Services (CSS) organization is running, the opportunity to connect and network with all the CSP teams in Europe and to develop yourself in one of the available roles in Customer Success.

Moreover, you will have the opportunity to develop your soft skills and/or your technical skills on BTP to drive your career towards a technical CSP role.

You will join a young, dynamic and definitely fun international team that is based remotely all over Europe. You will have the opportunity to join the Barcelona office and discover the great culture, the team spirit, and the innovative start-up mentality of the EMEA Digital Hub in BCN as well.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning
  • Active student or graduate up to 6 months
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, International Management, Marketing
  • Professional experience in organizations
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Natural drive to lead strategic projects and to be a point of reference for the rest of the team
  • English is a must and any other European language is a plus
  • Team player attitude with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, with great sense of humor :)
