As a Head of Marketing you will be in charge of the growth and business development strategies, building the path to establish leadership within the adult digital entertainment industry.
You will prepare annual marketing plans, set the growth budget, and analyze market trends creating a user-centric culture across teams.
You will lead the Business Developer strategy, generating revenue through our B2B vertical and acquiring licensing content.
Build and lead the best Marketing team. Currently made up of 7 people plus 2 interns.
Plan and execute the marketing strategy across all our brands. Your main goal is to grow in new customer attraction and retain them being efficient with your budget.
Oversee the implementation of the growth marketing strategy.
Set and administer an annual marketing budget.
Manage and measure paid on/off marketing campaign costs, media buying, affiliation, comarketing, and partnerships.
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
Be user-centric. Utilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization’s databases and external data. Conduct market research studies.
Identify new B2B content (films/series) opportunities. Develop and maintain client relationships
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Coordinate with Content and Marketing teams to develop the licensed content strategy
7+ years experience in marketing, at least 4 leading team at top companies or startups.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related discipline
Business level in oral and written Spanish and English.
Excellent project management skills and strong interpersonal, oral and written communication
Take responsibility and ownership to manage projects.
A can-do person who takes on tasks proactively and communicates well within a team.
Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver.

Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communications technologies
Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing.
Experience with search engine marketing.
You are based or able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
