Tools & technologies used on projects:
• Java or Gosu
• Git, Jenkins, and similar
• IntelliJ
• SOAP, REST
• Oracle, MSSQL, H2
• ..and more depending on the project
You will have an opportunity to:
• Implement and customize core insurance systems such as Guidewire, TIA or INSIS
• Develop our own systems as a part of internal R&D team
• Design IT solutions and prepare the documentation
• Create unit tests
• Cooperate directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team
We bet on you, so we expect you to:
• Know French or German at least at B1/B2 level
• Have min. 1 year of commercial experience as a Java developer
• Have a good understanding of OOP, design patterns, clean code and best practices
• Understand software engineering
• Have good command of English (min. B2) and communication skills
• Be available for full-time
We´d appreciate if additionally you:
• Knew software development best practices
• Were open to learn new technologies and solutions
• Had teamwork skills and experience
• Understood design patterns
• Knew any of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience
