To Hit The Ground Running You'll Need To:

• Experience scaling up teams
• Lead developer, tech lead or CTO role experience
• Technology delivery experience (production, support management), SaaS/Cloud service implementation, security challenges
• Knowledge of web3 would be a plus
• Comfortable in written and oral English
