What is the Young Thalent Program?
At Thales, we believe that new generations are the driving force of change. That’s why we have developed a one-year full-time internship program, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Adaptive Management and Innovation offered remotely by the University-Enterprise Foundation (Fundación Universidad-Empresa).
During your internship, you will be part of the Human Resources team at our Parets del Vallès headquarters, where you will support the department in various tasks and projects such as:
- Providing support in the organization of the Parets del Vallès production center.
- Assisting with the organization of the Annual Training Plan: identifying training needs, liaising with providers, managing the FUNDAE process, recording and filing completed training sessions.
- Providing general support for departmental tasks.

In addition, we’d like you to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields related to the position: Labor Relations, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or similar.
- All coursework for your degree/master’s completed (only the final project pending).
- High level of English (at least B2).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Initiative and willingness to learn in an international environment.
- 22 days of paid vacation.
- €1,050 gross per month.
- Flexible schedule.
- Short working days on Fridays and during summer.
- A multidisciplinary and international environment that will enrich you professionally.
