About Us

Toynamics Iberia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hape Holding AG. We create a sustainable and valuable world for children, acting as a multi-brand distributor for a number of leading toy and nursery brands.

 

About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated New Business Development agent to expand the scope, growth and clientele of the company in Spain and Portugal. You will be responsible of developing creative measures to increase client portfolio through networking and negotiation. You will be conversant about the development, design, purpose, and specifications of all business products and services. You will have to travel to client locations and network with industry professionals and stakeholders. Reporting to the managing director, you will also have to coordinate with sales and marketing departments and teams.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop, review and implement new business strategies.
  • Create new business relationships with potential clients that aren’t in the toy sector.
  • Keeping up-to-date about company products.
  • Travel to client locations.
  • Present new business proposals.
  • Compose budgets, papers and reports.
  • Create, review and distribute relevant product documentation.

 

You will be a great fit for the team if you are/have:

  • Degree or qualification in a business-related program.
  • Previous experience or high performance in sales is a plus.
  • Native or bilingual in Catalan and/or Spanish. Good level of English. Portuguese is a plus.
  • A creative thinker, with a positive attitude, and great problem-solving skills.
  • Have superior negotiating skills.
  • Someone who can work independently and as part of a team.
