Join us as Legal Intern Spain and be part of an exciting, challenging and dynamic work environment, proactively supporting the enhancement of the development of solar-power generation.
Main Responsibilities:
· Assist the legal team and all the other functions of the company through all the stages of the development process of the solar power projects and provide legal support by implementing standard operating procedures, guidelines and documentation template.
· Support on other general legal affairs as: administrative processes, environmental permits, project development, sectoral administrative procedures, procedures before administrative regulatory authorities.
· Assist in the drafting and reviewing of documents related to the development of the projects for obtaining the planning approvals and the environmental permits.
· Provide additional legal support as required for Spain corporate activities (set-up of the subsidiaries, drafting of the minutes of shareholders and directors’ meetings, power of attorney, etc.).
Relevant experience:
· Law Degree from an accredited school of law.
· An academic major in administrative / environmental law, focus on energy sector.
· Experience in a legal department (mainly in multinational companies from renewable energy, solar projects or infrastructure sector and/or a top-tier law firm) will be considered as a plus.
Skills and Competences:
· Proactive, motivated and with strong appetite to learn and fulfill its commitments.
· Attention to detail and accuracy; well-organized and with flexible attitude.
· Capable to join the team and to actively support the fulfillment of team objectives.
· Good communication skills, capable to communicate clearly and effectively and to manage executive communications with the other legal members and also with the management, business, and middle-office;
· Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages will be considered as a plus.
Reporting Line:
Legal Manager for Iberia and France.
The resource shall be based in the Madrid office.
