We are Trucksters (http://trucksters.io/), a rising star(tup) in the brand new digital tech-logistics field and we have an exciting opportunity for an operations optimization role.


¿What do we do? We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing long-hauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers switching among each other, we are improving the standard of trucking.


¿Who are we? We are a team of young professionals who come from different backgrounds (strategy consulting, sales, IT) and who have a clear mission: we want to create collaboration in the trucking industry to achieve a future where people live better and resources are used more efficiently. Additionally, we have Porsche, Axel Springer and Grupo Undanet as some of our investors.


¿Where are we? We are based in Madrid (Calle Francisco Alcantara, 1, 28002) although we have a global scope. We have operations in Madrid, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Our operating languages are English and Spanish, although in our team there are people who speak Portuguese, French, Hungarian, Russian and Italian.


We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager, a strategic role that will be the point of contact of our key clients, responsible for ensuring that we meet client expectations.

We are interested in talented individuals with a high level of motivation, ambition and sense of responsibility that will create from scratch a new role in the company - Customer Success Manager, acting as a bridge between operations and our commercial team.


¿What do we need from you?

  • Establish recurring meetings with our clients to understand their needs and our performance
  • Measure our operational KPIs and NPS to identify improvements to increase customer satisfaction
  • Receive new project proposals from our clients and make sure that the proposal that the sales department sends is aligned with that we can accomplished from an operational perspective
  • Give feedback to the rest of the operations team so we ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our tech department to propose new features for our customers


¿What should be the ideal profile?

  • More than 3 years as a Key Account Owner / Customer success role in a FTL trucking company
  • Experience studying or working in supply chain related fields
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Having another complementary language (e.g.German, French, etc.) would be desirable although it’s not necessary
  • Having worked in other startups or anything related with innovation would be desirable
