🔎 What we look for?
We are looking for a Junior HR Delivery, who will be responsible for the happiness and inclusion of our consultants into UST’s culture. You will provide our consultants with your time and energy with the aim of enabling a feeling of belonging and support within UST. You will organize events and encourage team building and communication with the overall aim of creating a more holistic and collective environment within the Global Accounts Department.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Be driver of the improvement of the employee experience and proactively develop and work on it.
- Propose strategies and tools with which to improve employee experience, listening to them, their managers and understanding the market.
- Coordinate with Operations Management to tailor make and implement the strategy and evaluate and control the progress of said strategy.
- Generate greater commitment to the organization through plans and strategies aligned with the organization.
- Build employer brand ambassadors.
- Work with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to attract and retain talent.
- Manage a budget for team building and brand awareness activities.
💡 Requirements
- Degree or bachelor's degree in human resources or similar.
- Communication and relationship skills with people.
- Teamwork and in a multidisciplinary way with other areas.
- Sociable, empathic character that transmits confidence.
- Observant and careful person with detail.
- Professional Working Capacity in English
