We're a European tech startup developing a SaaS platform in the Customer Success space for B2B tech companies. With complex data analytics and productivity features at its core, Velaris helps modern B2B tech companies better understand their customers' health to maximize product adoption, reduce churn and find opportunities to expand revenue.

We are entering the growth phase with our recent $4.7M funding.

We are currently looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and make a dent.

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Velaris customers

*Align the initial data setup and integration flow setup with the customer

*Configure Velaris

*Communicate the custom development requirements to the team and manage the end-to-end delivery.

*Provide training where necessary alongside the Customer Success team

• Run the data and process discovery meetings with the customers, producing design flow documents for the customers and the internal development team
• Working with the Customer Success team on identifying the project timelines, opportunities and risks

What do you need to apply for this position?

• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Managed integration-heavy implementations before
• Producing data flow diagrams when it comes to integrations
• Experience in working with Sales CRM solutions such as Hubspot, Salesforce and Pipedrive
• Ability to understand how other B2B SaaS systems will work

*For example, you don't know Chargebee, but now one of your customers wants to plug Chargebee data into Velaris

• Basic Knowledge of working with APIs using Postman/Curl
• Basic Knowledge of working with Zapier
