Verisure is seeking a talented, passionate, and analytical Group Talent Strategy Intern to join our Group HR Talent team. The Trainee will be a key member of the team and will report directly to the Group Talent Strategy Manager.

The Trainee will work hand-in-hand with the Group Talent Strategy on highly strategic international projects and processes related to talent management and development, impacting all countries Verisure operates in.

There will be substantial opportunities for development for the successful candidate, as well as a large potential to take other roles in the company (across different areas and countries).

Key Responsibilities

The role will be varied and entail different responsibilities, including:

  • Co-design and implement strategic projects to support Managing Directors and Local Management Teams from all countries in their decision-making process on talent management and development issues
  • Implement, analyze, and improve global performance management processes
  • Elaborate communications to be shared with the top 200 leaders in the company on key talent changes


The position will be based in Madrid (Spain), with a hybrid work model to allow you to partially work from home.

  • Strong knowledge of Power Point
  • Advanced Excel level

  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business Administration, Business Administration + Law, Engineering
  • Prior experience in strategy consulting will be valued
