Senior Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition (Fixed Term Contract) – Madrid, Spain

In this role as Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition. Responsible for the end-to-end hiring process for technical positions from entry level up to senior level within our new Digital Banking Tech Hub in Spain.

Role Responsibilities
  • Sources, screens, and evaluates internal and external talent/candidates for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Presents candidates and guides/assists hiring managers in the staffing process. Interviews and screens applicants and conducts reference checks.
  • Coordinates pre-employment travel, offer process, and new hire experience requirements.
  • Utilizes staffing technology applications to drive staffing workflow, measure performance, and report results.
  • Works on complex recruiting issues/activities.
  • Performs duties under minimum supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Interprets the employment strategy and aligns resources and people to meet strategic goals. .
Role Requirements
  • Substantial experience working within the digital, product, and tech space is essential – (hiring across engineering and UX/UI).
  • You will be an experienced talent professional with experience and knowledge of recruiting technical talent.
  • You would also have worked with in-house recruitment systems and will have a strong network across the external market.
  • You will have a good understanding of candidate attraction, including sourcing tools and different job boards.
  • You are used to working closely with candidates with a track record in building relationships and a strong focus on the candidate experience.
  • Ability to work individually or with others in a global, fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, following review and approval processes, and managing timelines thoughtfully with partners.Solid hands-on experience, ideally from an in-house or RPO environment.
  • You would also have worked with in-house recruitment systems (Workday, Linked In) and will have a good understanding of the talent market.
  • As a seasoned professional, you are used to analyzing complex data and using the same for key decision-making.
  • You would have experience working in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders based locally as well as globally in an SLA-focused environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is also required.
